💡 Key tips to shine in any English exam

To help you face this final push, we have gathered some very useful quick tips (which might also come in handy for other subjects!)

• 🗣️ Speaking and oral expression: Remember our motto: ‘Don’t be afraid to make mistakes!‘. The main goal is communication. Whether in a Cambridge exam or a university presentation, examiners value naturalness and the ability to react with fluency.

• 🎧 Listening and comprehension: Always read before listening to predict what information you need (a number, a name, an adjective…). If you miss a piece of data, don’t get stuck; keep going so you don’t lose the thread of the rest.

• ✍️ Organization and richness: Use connectors to organize your speech or your writing. Demonstrating that you have mastered different structures will help you boost your grade in any assessment

• 🧘 Stress management: Arrive early on the day of the test to avoid last-minute rushing that increases nerves. Doing practice exams under real-time conditions is the best way to gain confidence and get to know the exam structure.
